Built a creator platform generating ~$1M/year in its first year
I built Realms.tv from the ground up into a creator platform doing ~$1M/year in revenue, hosting thousands of live streams, and powering events from Avenged Sevenfold album releases to continuing education conferences.

Overview
I built Realms.tv because the creator economy deserved better tooling. Most platforms treat creators as an afterthought — offering rigid monetization and limited engagement tools. I set out to build something different: a platform where creators have real control over how they engage with and monetize their communities.
In its first year, Realms.tv has grown to nearly $1M in annual revenue with 25+ active creator realms, including 5 with over 1,000 subscribers each. The platform powers thousands of live streams across a remarkable range of use cases — from an Avenged Sevenfold album release party to Blue Angels coverage in Florida, band competitions, sporting events, and season ticket management.
One of the platform's standout moments was hosting CEWire, a continuing education conference that drew over 5,000 concurrent viewers — proving Realms.tv can handle serious scale alongside creative events.
The Synner community, founded by Brian Haner Jr. (Synyster Gates of Avenged Sevenfold), has been a flagship partnership — growing to over 200,000 users with thousands of video lessons and 40,000+ students enrolled in courses.
